Reporting a problem
A few details help us find and fix it quickly:
- What happened, and what you expected to happen instead.
- How to make it happen again: the steps you took, and the song or artist involved if there was one.
- Your iPhone model and iOS version, from Settings › General › About.
- Your Music Maps version, from Settings › General › iPhone Storage › Music Maps.
- A screenshot or screen recording, if you can take one.
If an artist appears in the wrong place, tell us the artist and the place you expected.
Privacy
To learn what Music Maps collects and the choices you have, read the Privacy Policy (English) or the Aviso de Privacidad (Español). You can send privacy questions and requests to the same address.
